Czech University of Life Sciences Prague

Czech University of Life Sciences Prague (CULS) is a university of agricultural education and research in Prague, the Czech Republic, established in 1906. The university offers bachelors programmes and Master’s programmes (based on credit system) and doctoral programmes.

The University of Chemistry and Technology

The University of Chemistry and Technology (UCT Prague, “Vysoká škola chemicko-technologická, VŠCHT”) is the largest university specializing in chemistry in the  Czech Republic. Though founded in 1952, UCT Prague has origins dating back to the early nineteenth century and Prague Polytechnic, a precursor to the present-day Czech Technical University in Prague and since that time, it has been one of the leading chemistry research universities in Central Europe. More than 3,600 students are accepted every year. In 2014, UCT Prague had 510 academic staff and 361 research staff.

Jan Amos Komensky University Prague founded in 2001, Jan Amos Komensky University Prague is a for-profit private higher education institution located in the large city of Prague. Czech Technical University in Prague

Czech Technical University in Prague  is one of the largest universities in the Czech Republic, and is one of the oldest institutes of technology in Central Europe. It is also the oldest non-military technical university in Europe.  It was founded on the initiative of Josef Christian Willenberg on the basis of a decree issued on January 18th, 1707 by Emperor Josef I.

CTU currently has eight faculties (Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Nuclear Science and Physical Engineering, Architecture, Transportation Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Information Technology). The University of Economics in Prague (Vysoká škola ekonomická v Praze) is an economics and business-oriented public university located in Prague, Czech Republic. Metropolitan University Prague (Metropolitní univerzita Praha) is a private university in the Czech Republic founded in 2001 as the University of Public Administration and International Relations. Courses offered include:Anglophone Studies, International Trade, International Relations and European Studies (available in czech and in english), ndustrial Property, Public Administration, Humanities and Asian studies.

In addition to the facilities in Prague, MUP offers study opportunities at its three other university centres in Pilsen, Liberec, and Hradec Králové. Since 2007, the university’s International Relations Department has published a semiannual peer-reviewed academic journal entitled the Central European Journal of International and Security Studies.
